3 hours Holistic Life Coaching Session delivered  as a coaching  workshop face-to-face.  Group coaching is particularly enriching because it facilitates  collective knowledge and creates a platform to develop your personal awareness. Similar to the one-one coaching session, the group coaching session consist of customised selection of Coaching Frameworks and Powerful Coaching question adapted to suite your needs. This coaching session present you with the opportunity to discover your innate purpose and take purpose driven and inspired action to experience a fulfilled life. You will be empowered to create detailed action plan as a roadmap to facilitate accountability for your progress and success. You are destined for greatness. Greatness starts with self-discovery.

Topics like; Overcoming Self-limiting Belief,  Forming Healthy Habits, Stress Management and  Mental Wellness are core topics in the facilitated group discussion of the programme.

Location: Face-Face Group Coaching sessions are conveniently hosted at venues close to West Field Shopping Mall in Shepherds Bush West London (W12). This gives the attendees an opportunity for efficient use of their time  to indulge in recreative activities after the session.

Time: The sessions normally booked for 10am- 2pm on weekends or 11am-3pm
